Author Guidelines

On this page you can find the instructions and templates for preparing your camera-ready paper for EUSIPCO-2011. Please, write and format your manuscript according to the guidelines using the templates below. The paper must be submitted as a .pdf file. The instructions in relation with the maximum number of pages, the font-size, the maximum length of the abstract, etc. are detailed in the following .pdf file containing a "paper example".

Download one of the following templates to prepare your manuscript:

Paper example (.pdf)
LaTeX template (.tex) and style (.sty)
Microsoft Word (.doc)
Open Document (.odt)

In concrete, the authors should check that the following formatting conditions are fulfilled by their camera-ready.pdf paper:

- there should be no headers/footers/page numbers
- fonts should be embedded
- there should be no links
- there should be no bookmarks
- the title, authors names, and authors order should be the same as the data included in the EDAS system

Please, note also that the EUSIPCO organizers cannot assist the authors in solving concrete problems related with the formatting of the paper. All the information that the organizers can provide is already available in this website. In addition, the authors can also refer to the EDAS help tool and the FAQ's available here. We encourage authors to prepare well in advance the camera-ready papers to avoid last-minute problems with the formatting close to the deadline.

Final Paper Submission

Final camera-ready paper submission of each accepted paper has to be done until June 6, 2020 using the EDAS system (http://edas.info) and following the link to the accepted paper. This deadline has to be fulfilled so that the paper can be included in the proceedings. The authors are requested to incorporate the recommended changes of the reviewers in the camera-ready paper. Note that even if no change is performed, the final PDF camera-ready paper has to be submitted through the EDAS system.

Please, follow the instructions provided in the section "Author Guidelines" in this webpage to be sure that your final camera-ready pdf paper fulfills all the formatting conditions.

In addition to the final paper submission, at least one author must register at a delegate rate (i.e., non-student registration) for each paper before June 6, 2020. Failure to have at least one such registration will result in removal of the paper from the conference technical program (see section "Attendees - Registration" in this website for more details on the registration procedure and the "Terms & Conditions").

Finally, a signed copyright form must be submitted for each accepted paper before June 6, 2020 through the EDAS system. See details in the section "Copyright Form" in this website.

Copyright Form

Authors of accepted papers must submit a signed scanned .pdf copyright form assigning the rights to the submitted work to EUSIPCO-2011. The form must be submitted no later than June 6, 2020 jointly with the final paper submission. Should the authors fail to submit the copyright form, the paper will be retracted and not printed in the proceedings or be presented at the conference. One filled-out form must be submitted for each paper with the signature of either one author on behalf of all the authors or by all the authors. The copyright form is submitted as follows: Download the form by clicking here, print and fill out the copyright form (complete with signature), then scan the form and upload it in EDAS as a .pdf file for each individual accepted paper. Note that you upload the file by clicking on the copyright symbol when viewing "My Papers" in EDAS. Then, submit the final version of your paper.
