Author Guidelines - oral presentation

Each lecture presentation is allocated a 20 minutes time slot, with nominally 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Since the conference schedule is tight and synchronization between the different parallel sessions must be maintained, Session Chairs will strictly enforce this timing.

You should meet your session chair in the presentation room 15 minutes before the beginning of your session, when your presentation can be uploaded onto the presentation PC. All presentation PCs will have up-to-date versions of PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.

If you have special presentation requirements (such as Windows Media Player, or audio equipment) then you must inform the conference organizers in advance at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . If you require using your own laptop for presentation (only if you need a special software for your presentation), then this must be communicated to the conference organizers and tested before your session commences.

You are required to bring your presentation to the conference on a USB stick, CD or DVD. We strongly advise that to deal with unforeseen circumstances you bring an extra copy of all presentation materials on a USB, and ensure you have a copy available from a suitable area on the internet that is generally accessible.

Author Guidelines - poster presentation

All poster presentations will take place in the Multifunction Area (rooms C-D-E).

Poster boards (1.90m wide, 0.90m tall) will be available. Please prepare your poster in a landscape format respecting these dimensions.

The poster sessions will be 2 hours long. Authors should arrive to ensure their poster is in place before the poster session starts. Authors are requested to be present during the poster session only. All poster materials should be removed by the end of the scheduled session
